Multi Magazine Loader

Application: 

The multi magazine loader is used when a magazine of PCB boards needs to be loaded into a production line, this units is capable of handling total 4 units of magazine that can be easily be accessed from the front of the machine, it is used in high volume applications.

1.Used in SMT line front, sends PCB from magazine to downstream machine.

2.The unit loads your production line automatically by pushing PCB’s out of the magazine onto the conveyor of the downstream machines. Full magazines are inserted at an ergonomic low level.

3.Located at the first stage of SMT line, this unit transfers PCBs stacked in a magazine rack to the downstream machine using a pneumatic pusher one by one.
